Keegan's Los Angeles Guidebook

Los Angeles -- The city is a quilt of different fabrics woven together creatively. It balances a rich history of Latin-American inhabitants, an epicenter for media and entertainment, a beacon of health(ier) living, a coastal lifestyle, and a constant source of progressive ideas.

Jitlada
Restaurant
Jitlada
Thai Town, Los Angeles· 27.0 km from SoFi Stadium · 22.7 km from Rose Bowl

Incredible and authentic Thai food in a sea of quality. Thai Town is known for its depth in Asian food options and Jitlada remains a standout.

Defining Feature

The homey feel. You feel like you’re in the restaurant of a family you know. You’ll need to put your name down on a list the old school way and just wait. Don’t let the line scare you and rather just take it as validation of quality. The ambience is a great value add to the food.

Culver City, Los Angeles· 12.9 km from SoFi Stadium · 32.7 km from Rose Bowl

It’s great to have options across the vast city and this is a good one if you happen to be staying or currently located centrally. It’s nestled into the downtown area of Culver City, has solid bar food, and usually has all the games you left the house to see. There is also another location on the east side as well.

Defining Feature

Indoor and outdoor seating option to fit whatever vibe you’re going for

Leo's Tacos
Restaurant
Leo's Tacos
Mid-City, adjacent., Los Angeles· 19.8 km from SoFi Stadium · 17.3 km from Rose Bowl

There has to be at least one taco rec, right? I won’t say Leo’s has the “best” tacos as there is no one best option. You’ll have to try them all and decide for yourself. But Leo’s is always a solid option. They have trucks across the city that stay parked in a location and this one is central with a big lot for parking and eating.

Defining Feature

Hanging out eating a tacos/burrito with people you know and don’t know is an LA staple experience
