State Bird prides itself in “slow food served fast”. It’s high-taste American food served in small plates via carts like dim sum. The menu is ever changing and you can tell everything is made and served with precision and intention. Your experience can be open and inquisitive if you’re at the chef’s counter or close and intimate in one of their alcoves. It’s a little pricey but 100% worth it.
